Now that's a cool car.  Though, Harry Weslake said - If you need 2 plugs per cylinder, what you have is poorly designed combustion chamber.

Maybe, owner said 13 to 1 compression with a major over- bore and a big cam. He vintage raced  it and had a machinist tap out an extra hole for an add plug. It didn’t sound like your normal Jaguar..

Certainly would love to hear how it sounds.  So many things determine how an engine sounds.
