Need an upper steering shaft suitable for 1996 S3 Imperial live axle chassis.

Splines or not.  19mm. Probably a bushing too.

Tom, Ive decided that buying a complete CAT 30S043A steering column with QD from Cat, Deamon or a US distributor, will be the way to go.
