What to lube the rack with?

So the shaft can move freely...

For a blue or black Caterham Branded steering rack rebuild,

Assuming the typical operating temperatures average 200 F.,  which grease shall I pack in the housing?

I use semi-fluid grease or steering box lube (similar).  it's sort of a mix of grease and gear oil.  It flows in everywhere and easily moves around as the rack moves back and forth.

OTOH    I've done a couple of FF racks, and just used a good synthetic gen purpose grease
