andrew7
This winters projects will include changing the windshield, corner glass cracked. I didn't like it from the day I put it on but size was determined by PENN DOT. It looks too tall and was more upright than I wanted, a couple of degrees and an inch here or there really messes up the lines. My windshield is at 68 degrees and at center from cowl to top of frame 15". 1" is for the top wiper mount that I might remove. Can someone give me their angle and height at center cowl to top of frame? Thanks.

Dave W
Same as Russ' 27* but a 1/2" shorter. If I where to make another one I would also put a little more taper on the sides, probably about an inch wider at the bottom Vs top on each side. While you are at it, add some 6-32 tape holes at the top to attach plastic colored visiors. They help deflect the air when turn up plus come in handy even when you have your sun glasses on. Good luck on the new windshield Dave W
Keith
Here's my original design. I knocked about 1/2"-1" off this later, mostly by flattening out the top. It's laid back about 64 degrees. http://www.cheapsportscar.net/diary.php?UID=
andrew7
Thanks guys, I should be able to tilt it back a few more degrees. I like to shorten it about an inch which doesn't look to be a problem. The wipers are mounted on top like the series 1 and add 1" in height which in turn makes the windshield look a lot larger than it is. I need them for inspection and adds to the vintage flavor but might loose them for the rest of the year, I haven't decided yet. I appreciate the help.
