JohnCh
Very interesting new throttle bodies available in the US. They aren’t the prettiest things, but the concept is interesting and they are (relatively) cheap. -John
slomove
Interesting concept...but it is still $1100 for a set of 4. I have no idea how much Jenveys are nowadays. Is it that much more?
JohnCh
I looked at their V8 setup (for a friend, not me...really) and that was much cheaper than I'd seen elsewhere, so I just assumed the same was true for the 4 cylinder. I should have looked more closely. If I am reading Jenvey's price list correctly, it appears their equivalent, but non-tapered set up is just under $1000 (361GBP for the TB, 60GBP for the airhorns, and 48GBP for the fuel rail). Oh well, at least the idea is interesting -John
WestTexasS2K
Extrude bodies are neat. They were at the PRI show Dec 4-6. Along with TWS, Jenvey, Kinlser. They appeared to be of good quality and you could adjust runner length by adding sections to them or visa versa. They were cheaper than most with Kinsler being the highest 2300.00 a set for the S2000 but the quality on the Kinsler is top notch. The kinsler system did come more complete with fuel rails your choice of sensors IAC ect. They also cnc to match your ports perfectly. That was an amazing show. We walked non stop for 16 hours over 2 days and had to rush the last half of the second day to hit as much as we could we still probably missed about 5-600 booths. Simply amazing. WestTexasS2K
It is an industry show. Alot like SEMA but for the racing world. It was really impressive. We got a few passes from a friend.
