dewme5
Does anybody know where I can find more info on this car? I would have pushed the video, but I'm not sure now yet.
11Budlite
I know that Tiger Racing has a twin engined model, but it looks a little different than the one in the video. Check the link here: http://www.tigerracing.com/z100.php http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/865544493_z100-1.jpg Bruce :7drive:
Birkin42
I guess right hand drive cars are comparitively not to hard to add the second bike engine since it ends up in the passenger footwell. It would seem a lot more challenging in an left hand drive car with pretty much all bike engines having the drive chain on the left side, though I figure just a matter of time before someone does one. dewme5
The Tiger is setup with front and rear wheel drive. The one in the video seems to be sending both to the rear axle, and I was curious about how it all comes together. I just can't see much from the video. after looking at the t100, the engines are setup the same.. my bad.
slngsht
what's the point in 2 bike engines driving the rear wheels? each is 180 lbs, right? then you need the reverse box, and double the engine mounts, etc... How much does all that weigh?
Mandurath
Prob not much more than the v8 hayabusa engine. besides, if one pops, you have a spare. plbbbbt on tools when you can carry a compete spare engine
dewme5
I wasn't sure how the engines would be connected together, and was interested in that part. I'm also curious about how well all wheel drive works in these. I've always been interested in unique designs. However for my first build, i'm going with a book chassis and Bike engine. KISS.
