Im selling cars at a reasonable price. If you want, i can charge an extra 35 to 40k just for the hell of it to match caterham's price.

There is no attitude here, im here to provide a 7 to the customer, not to have the customer take a 2nd mortgage out on their house to by a car with NOTHING TO IT.

If you figured the cost, per pound, of a new run-of-the mill Caterham, it's in Ferrari territory.

I've wanted a Caterham since about 1979, and feel great that I could afford my 2007 SV last year. But if you look at the price of an '80s Ferrari 308GTS, you could be a Ferrari driver for much cheaper.

"Magnum' Ferraris, as well as 308GT4s, and Mondials are certainly cheaper than a new Caterham, but the maintenance costs are exponentially higher on the prancing horse cars(or should I call them "other European exotic":d )

i am not saying that you in particular are insane, i am saying that 70k is alot of coin to drop for a little car (7 ) instead of a big car ( Ferrari, Porsche, Corvette, Mustang, etc.)

If you have that kind of money to spend, more power to you, but for a 7, thats way to much.

So hopefully i have cleared up my comment, and do not want to continue on with this argument. Apperantly everything i say is always turned around, so i APPOLOGIZE.
