Foxfire S2K
Foxfire from the rear - the British license plate was added mainly because it is a BIG reflector, to help others see us at night. The trailer was made for Foxfire by fellow S2K owner Loren Edwards. It has a small front cross section for less wind resistance, and it is pretty light so the car and trailer could be pulled by a van or other vehicle. Loren put in a beavertail floor so it drops to the ramp, a single axle with electronic brake and battery with autostop if the trailer comes loose. There is a 6,000 lb tongue jack so that it WILL tilt the nose up to reduce the ramp angle. Inside is a rack in front for helmet, driving suit, chairs, etc. There are 3 forged aluminum wheels. The top hinges up with gas struts so I can slide in and out to the car. We park it on the right side of the 2-car garage, facing forward so I can drive the car in and out of the trailer by putting jackstands under the tail and dropping the ramp. http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/upload/601591622_Foxfire with Trailer.jpg
