sparecr Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Let me copy Mazda's post from the NE region-- Hi All, We'll be at Carlisle again this year on Saturday May 16th. We'll have a tent and BBQ like last year. I know of at least 4 members who'll be coming. If you plan to be there, post up.
HOTTTCAR Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 Lana and I will be there. But the stalker is not allowed on the plane. Sorry Gale
Jon W. Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I'm registered and will be there Sat and Sun with the Atom tribute car. My son graduates from Penn State Fri.
xflow7 Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 I just registered and will be camping there. I'll probably drive down Friday afternoon and stay until Sunday morning. Looking forward to seeing some faces from last year and meeting some new folks.
BobDrye Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 Let's see Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 the first graduation ceremony, and then another from 2:00 to 4:00, and then the reception on Friday night. For Saturday another diploma @ 12:00 followed by a dinner. If all goes well I leave for Carlisle sometime later that night. Is there anyone up for a midnight drive?

BobDrye Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 I just got permission to leave northern virginia by 2:00 pm. Depending on traffic I could be there by dinner Saturday.
Al N. Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 I'll be there...in and out for me, though...got a big concert at church the next day.
BobDrye Posted May 8, 2009 Posted May 8, 2009 David Planakis will ride with me. He is building a 5.0 powered 7 of his own design, and is about finished with the frame, suspension and running gear. He owns a repair shop in Fredericksburg, Va and started building the 7 after leaving road racing. He's quite a brain trust, and is always helpful.
