Here's a couple neat things I find while looking in a catalog (you might of seen before):

 

If you have Halogen H4 bulbs this little LED mounts to the bulb eliminating seperate turn signals (kind of pricey to convert to Halogen though)

Electronic turn signal buttons (don't have to worry about staying on); push one second-blinks 7.. 2 seconds -flashes 20 seconds.. hold down 4 seconds and stays on 75 seconds.

The second one in Mondo's post is what I use on my car.

It works great is all I can say and wasveryeasy to install and helped keep the wireing to a minimum for me.
