GBOLT Posted June 15, 2009 Posted June 15, 2009 Took my little guy (9) to his first autocross on Sunday, we had a blast. He did better than I thought he would do on his first time out. His first run was a DNF, got confused and ended up stopping to ask a group of course workers which way to go. That set him off his game, and it took about two hours of all the racers cheering him on to attempt another run. The second run was much better, and he came off smiling ear to ear. Was one of those days you know you are making a lifetime memory. Worth every cent. GB

Guilty as charged - now i just have to find a cart my daughter can use. Man, I am still getting the cold shoulder from Daddy's little girl. Look at the last photo - Ice Cream and a Lotus 7 - Pure Summer heaven. (Mark Scott added fuel to the fire when he let the two of them sit in his awesome Indy car) Edited June 15, 2009 by GBOLT
