slngsht
the video kept freezing up on me, but from the sound of it, they were having a good time.
Al N.
A bit inconclusive...and also apples vs. organages. They put a 2.3 Cossie Duratec up against some 150 horsed Caterham Roadsport (looked like the new "Golden Jubilee" paint job). FORUM ADMIN SUGGESTION: A separate video section? It would be great if some of these vids could be made easier to find a year or two down the road.Al Navarro2007-01-15 08:38:

So we have another review of Sigma. turning out to be a very nice unit.
Al N.
Jon- Is the Sigma what we call a DuraTec over here? For some reason, I think it may be.
Boxologist
no. the duratec is the Ford "performance/ superior" block offered by caterham. The sigma is the economy block that is being phased into the micro, subcompact, and compact cars from ford in foreign markets. i'm not sure if its another mazda calaboration, though, it does appear that both are right hand side exits on all caterham models. i also wonder how similar the heads will be between the sigma and duratec. worth paying attention to the discussions on blatchat, but since i have my zetec, i focus more on those topics.
