Ruadhd2
Looking to redo my old school classic Lotus style seats instead of going with individual, racing buckets. Just need to have them restuffed and covered in leatherette or whatever. Suggestions in DC, Maryland, VA?
DeanG
I will be doing that with the seat bottoms. I am going to a local shop that I have used before (Newport News VA). It is simple work. Any competent shop should be able to do a good job.
MichaelD
Anyone had their leather seats redyed? Or dyed their leather seats them self? If so tell me more. Thanks
RGTorque
i dont recommend dye. back in the day the dye was MUCH better and really held well to the seats. products on the market now are weak and will wear quickly in high wear environments (which is usually everywhere on a super 7). MichaelD
If not dye, then what?
RGTorque
save and have new skins made for the seat.
blubarisax
I have used this dye on a BMW M6 interior with great success. Not your usual cheap dye. They also have restoration products that can make even the hardest leather soft again. http://leatherique.com/
