Has anyone seen this thing?

Honestly I like the look of the Lotus 7 and some of its Locost alternatives but I do wish it had a more modern look and this may be a bit extreme but really brings the cars look into the 21st century.

This is by far the best looking lotus 7 type car I've seen although I'm sure if you want a car that looks like an original car.. this is the last thing you'de find appealing.

It looks radically different but I cant put my finger on what makes it look so radically different. Obviously the aero, and the headlights.. but thats really it that I can see.. what else is different from a standard lotus7 variants out there? I cant imagine thats the only difference.

Does anyone else know of any other lotus7s with a more modern look like this? This car really got me excited about starting my build

I don't think it looks all that modern at all. It has some modern touches such as the lights but you can do that with any seven type car. About the only thing "modern" about it is the raked windshield and big honkin' wheels.

I think it is a bit ill proportioned and ugly. http://www.websmileys.com/sm/sad/533.gif

Here IMO is a more modern interpretation, the Toniq

Interesting car. There is a lot of engine packed in the front. The shorty exhaust is odd. I would be afraid of CO poisoning due to airflow. To my eyes the Lotus 340R is the best reinterpretation of a Seven.

One person's "modern" is another person's "butt-ugly":).

It looks like a garden variety se7en w/some areo mods stuck on that should make it grip better. So it lost me on the aesthetics but the mods shd enhance on track performance.
