escondidoron Posted January 24, 2011 Posted January 24, 2011 The old Trabant factory in Zwickau was taken over by VW after the fall of the Wall. It is now closed as a factory and is a very neat museum. Historically the facility started out as a Horsch plant, then Trabants after the war and finally a VW plant until it closed in the late '90s. I have visited it a couple of times.
