13 inch wheels on the street

i run 13"s for street and track and like the extra sidewall for the street.

The 13", and 15" tires you compare look nearly identical on paper. Does one have a track or street advantage over the other? I am running 15x205/50 RA1's all around on my car. Have been very happy w/them both at the track and on the street, tho it takes some work to get them heated up.

The RA1 seem a little better in the rain (While they have tread) and last a little longer while the 888s seem a little sticker. These are my street tires. very seldom do I use them on the track.

 

On track I run 13 x 8/9 Hoosier A6s. For Autocross I use with 13 x 10 Hoosier slicks.

 

If I had to choose one for both the RA1s will last longer and the 888s are a little sticker. $$ or performance.
