Apparantly it was on Netflix for instant viewing by streaming a few days ago before it was pulled. Unfortunately I didn't find out until after it was pulled.

I'm just glad it is being released at all in the U.S. Without the critical acclaim it received from Sundance and other notable film festivals, I doubt this would have been released in more than a handful of theaters here.
