That is really nice. Like all things location location location is the key.

 

Motorsports Ranch here in Texas has tried this to a degree. They tried selling condo style houses with living area upstairs and garages down stairs. They are pretty big about 2500sqft or so per floor. They sold about 3 but no new ones the last few years. They have a number of garage spaces also I would guess about 200 or so. They all seem to stay full but I think you just rent the garages spaces. Most seem to be occuppied with race cars but some use it to store their toys.
