Experiences with FedEx Passport?

Tangentially related to this thread here, I will be having my Seven shipped from Ann Arbor to Binghamton in a few weeks. Does anyone have any experience with using Passport Auto Transport for moving specialty vehicles like LSIS's?

 

I have done some research and they seem generally to have a good reputation and from speaking with them it sounds like they have equipment to properly tie-down, etc. But I'm gun-shy given that the last time I had the car transported it ended up damaged.

 

I have a tentative booking with them, but any thoughts from those in the know here would be appreciated.

Dave - I used Passport to ship my Caterham from Denver to it's home here in St. Louis. Overall, I thought the service was excellent. I'd use them again.

Actually, I've toyed with driving it as it's not really that far, but last weekend I noticed a peculiar little clunk somewhere in the front wheel assembly. I suspect it may be a wheel bearing (although the behavior is very strange). Anyway, I didn't quite want to risk finding myself stranded along the way and I won't have time to address it prior to the move.
