Color sounds interesting, what's it from. The shortages from Caterham are always going to be an issue, however if in stock FedEx do get them here within 2 days. I suggest that you unpack the boxes slowly.

We have just ordered an R500 SV in Mustang Grabber Blue.

If they both dont show up give me a call and I can run your Sept track day!

Hahaha, no I can't do that. I convinced a friend to sign up for that event too...he's made it very clear that I cannot back out. My worst case scenario is to end up in one of SCDA's miatas.

Just noticed that the 9/10 sign-up day has a picture from one of the 7s days at the track. There is still room if you want to come play. It'd be nice to have at least one caterham there :)

Terry - The deep amethyst and the champagne gold are both 2000 Chrysler colors. They are my wife's favorite colors.

Just heard from Jon that the container will be picked up Thursday to be taken to the ship. Should be on the water shortly after that. Now just hoping there are no icebergs, dock strikes, railroad issues, drunken ship captains, hijackings, or other assorted perils that may delay the CSR even further.

I may even actually be able to drive it before the short. Seattle summer is over.

LOL. My mini is supposed to be 'born' on 7/6 and will then be heading towards a ship. I guess the race is a no contest, but maybe my cars will share a boat ride before they share a garage.

Hahaha, yes. I'll consider myself lucky if both of these cars are as reliable as my former Elise.

The ship leaves UK on Friday the 13th, hopefully with my CSR crates aboard. It will dock in Texas on July 29th. Then 7 - 10 days to arrive at home. Then the fun begins.

Finally! The crates are now on a truck out of Denver and will be delivered here on Friday. Figure about four weeks to build and the CSR will be ready just in time for the end of the Seattle summer. Looks like I'll find out how well the Avons perform in the rain.
