I think it's fantastic technically.

I think it's Bugly aesthetically.

If it were a '32 3-window highboy ~I'd~ be all over it.

I think of a "7" as being a Lotus 7 inspired ultralite fantastic handling giant beater and staying true to Chapmans design ideas. "Simplicate, then add lightness" and "Adding power makes you faster on the straights, while subtracting weight makes you faster everywhere."

That thing is HUGE! Does it seriously have an Automatic gearbox???

It is a Hot rod, would have gone over better as a 27t track roadster, My guess is that it would be high operating cost, and that on a winding road you would never be able to read a v8 stalker license plate.

I can't get past the damn spare wheel/tire not being the same as the others. *shrug*

Should have gone with a later all aluminum LSV8 with injection instead of the positive pressure carburator system that is no where as good at making consistent power, engine life or even milage as injection. Big power does not have to mean big weight anymore.

Nicely done though, just not in the spirit of a "7".

And no mile-long smoke show in the video. Very disappointing.

agreed. when you have a car that's all motor, gotta have at least that...

The top doesn't seem to have snaps at the rear to keep the back closed. Also hope the under car photos were taken before the paint was refinished. They should have cleaned the air filters before taking the engine bay pics, seems too dirty for only 1076 miles. I'm curious on how big the fuel tank is. The fuel range w/ a twin turbo 383 might make touring difficult. Might be a stupid question but how do you get the spare tire off and latch the top. Interesting to see a glovebox. Also noticed missing wiper arms in several of the pics.

 Bozo car... sparkly tho.

Reserve not yet met just to add insult to injury.

Wonder what the 'optimistic' reserve might be?

Amusement curiosity only.
