Looks great! Are you required to have a front plate and what would a cop think about this one and your regular one on the back?

I tried to get SE7EN here in Colorado yesterday but it was taken.

Nice .. I got mine off eBay 2 years ago. It was advertised as a replica .. but the numbers are slightly different.

When I still had a plain front grill on my Rotus I was thinking of getting wooden KAR120C numbers from Michael's craft store and painting and wiring them to the grill. Now I have a 7 grille.

Maybe I'll remove my KAR120C and bring it to the Tail of the Dragon! :)

Rob

(you should change the subject of this thread to cars with KAR120C :)

Most do not .. so which do? California, Colorado ..

Rob

As you mentioned, California does require one on the front, but I don't have one and I've never seen a Seven here with a front plate, or have heard of anyone being stopped for it. I suppose the CHP have more important problems here in California!

I did not use the frame. I guess I'm too cheap. Russ

I just could not drill holes through my plate .. so I got a frame .. probably from the place that you got your plate .. www.europlates.com ??

Maryland requires it.

I have been pulled over once in the Rotus, and once in my vette. I don't have front plates on either. They didn't give me a hassle about it either time.

VA requires it though antique motor vehicles may display single license plates if the original manufacturer's design of the antique motor vehicles allows for the use of only single license plates or if the license plate was originally issued in one of the following years and is displayed in accordance with the provisions of subsection B of this section: 1906, 1907, 1908, 1909, 1945, or 1946.

WV is a single plate
