If tire rollover is indeed the culprit are others dealing with that by running just enough camber to prevent rollover? You can check for tire rollover by chalking the sides of the tires and seeing the edges are touching the road. In my case I run 14 PSI hot and have found that leading to even tire temps (which are still low) and no evidence of tire rollover. When I first got the car I ran it at 25 PSI on the street (I drive to and from the track) and the ride was so harsh that it felt like my teeth were going to fall out. I do have a very very stiff suspension though which is why I need to have more compliance in the tire. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I even have several high resolution photos in some hard corners and the tire show no sign of roll over. I do run 1.5 camber. I also had the experience of a extreme harsh ride with the tires at 35 psi. I have run 5 different tires over the years and most required only 1-2 psi difference variation. I'm curious what size tire you were experiencing the snap oversteer. I'm running low profile 40 and 45 series in 17". If you we're running a 55-60 series on a 15" wheel I could see that it could roll over on you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
