BusaNostra
Cold start issue Can someone with AEM EMS s2000 help me send the calibration value of the Crank injection time & startup fuel. I keep cranking - cranking - & cranking and it will not start. But once started (even in seconds) the car will have no problem restarting. Only early morning first start. The injectors are pushing too much fuel. When I turn the fuel pump off, it will start. There is a value under "startup fuel" or any value you can find under cold start. Thank you! Mondo
Sorry, I have the same set up but I don't know how to do that. These guys specialize in Hondas and are one of the best in SoCal and I think for a little $$ he can send you a S2000 tune to download (He has a standard tune for S2000s he starts with on the dyno). Or you can tell them the problem, datalog a drive, send it to them and he can modify it. Bisimoto Engineering 1916 S. WestTexasS2K
I dont have the AEM maps anymore. It was based on a forced induction car too so it may be different than what you are needing.
BusaNostra
Thank you guys.....i appreciate the response. I will study the aem crank pulse table value. Yes, mine is forced induction too. Westtexas, what ECU are you using now? Hondata?
WestTexasS2K
7evin is using HKS. I'm using Hondata on my new motor. I used AEM before on my first supercharged car I didn't like the open loop system. I wanted a closed loop system. I know AEM offers it now. I can check my old lap top and see if I still have those files on it. I just might.
