Supa7WP
Hi All Attached is a photo of my two Caterhams. The red one is a 1997 Roadsport Supersport with a 1,6 litre K Series motor 135 BHP that I bought second hand in the UK when I was there on secondment in 2004. The other is a 2008 R400 SV Superlight that I built from an imported kit. It has a 2 litre Duratech motor 210 BHP. Both cars have 6 speed Caterham gearboxes. I have now retired to Cape Town South Africa and have set up a social 7 register here in the Western Caspe with currently 33 members. We do Track days at our local racing circuit Killarney, some of the group race there and we aslo do weekend breakfast runs. If anyone is coming in this direction please look me up

locost7018
I assume you have driven the road that follows the coast to Klinemond (sp?)? That is a great road. We landed there several years ago to visit my sister in-law's parents in Klinemond They met us at the airport and we rented a car to follow them to their house down that road. Her dad was over 80yrs old and I had a hard time keeping up with him on that road. He is one crazy driver!!!!!! Welcome to the group, Russ
Supa7WP
Yes retirement in Cape Town is bliss. The roads around here are superb for my 7's. We have so many choices, whether around the peninsula, up the West Coast, around the False Bay Coast line to Hermanus, over the many passes, all with great stops at either wine estates or little towns with wonderful restaurants. We are really lucky. My soft tops for me 7's were made in UK by Soft Bits for Sevens http://www.softbitsforsevens.co.uk/. For the red 7 I also have a Welsh Dragon Flag as well as the SA flag. Our social group here in Cape Town have a Facebook link Ask to join Lotus Cape Town. I'll continue to post photos from time to time. Cheers from 7 Heaven
