My pictures are to big for upload on USA7s site.

This beautiful car is an enthusiast’s dream. Whether you are interested in quick drives down country roads or taking it to the track, this car is ready. Using Colin Chapman’s philosophy of ultra light weight to guarantee super handling, the Brunton Super Stalker is the bad boy of Lotus Seven replicas. The engine is a 3.8 liter Supercharged V-6 L32 rated at 2800 HP and 300 lb/ft of torque. It is regarded as one of the best V-6s ever made and will easily go to 250,000 miles. I have never dynoed it, but I suspect output is higher because of the free flow headers and larger than stock throttle body. The engine is from a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix which had 1,108 miles on the odometer. The Brunton now has 3340 miles on the odometer, so engine has less than 5,000 miles on it and all other parts were new when built. I have never raced the car, but it can reportedly do 0 – 60 in 2.5 – 3 seconds and the ¼ mile in around 11 seconds. Cornering max is reportedly around 1.4 – 1.5 g’s. The Kumho Eksta tires offer phenomenal grip. I have experienced very little wheelspin except in the hardest acceleration. Bruntons are known for great chassis dynamics and oversteer is easily corrected by easing off the pedal. Seat of the pants confirms that car is an absolute blast and can outperform virtually anything else.

The car was custom built at Brunton Auto by master chassis builder and current CEO, Scott Minehart. All chassis and suspension components are powder coated steel. It was then brought up to legal spec with many improvements by master mechanic, Steve Mason.

This Brunton is street legal in New Jersey – one of the toughest states. It has cats on it and will pass any inspection. You can remove the cats and install a pass through pipe if you want and your state allows. There are no check engine lights on. You will be able to register it practically anywhere and keep it on the road. We designed an exhaust shield to cover the entire exhaust (required in NJ), made from mirrored Stainless Steel. Also of the same material are custom designed fairings that go from the side windows to the arm rest. These really help the driving experience, since 100 mph is now a nice wind-in-the-hair time, not a hurricane. Also goes with the exhaust and the jaunty appearance of the car. Parts are easily sourced, reliable and cheap.

The car has:

Full roll cage with no tubes intruding into passenger compartment

Stronger than Caterham space frame.

UltraShield racing bucket seats with custom padding.

G-Force 5-point racing harnesses.

Carbon Fiber dashboard

Billet Aluminum and carbon fiber steering wheel.

SPA racing mirrors inboard of windshield and side windows for lower turbulence and vibration.

Electric Power steering

Heater

Windshield wipers.

Jaz fuel tank

Tremec T-5 transmission (new when car built)

Detroit Tru-Track Limited Slip Diff

Wilwood pedals and master cylinders.

4-wheel disk brakes with ECB Greenstuff pads.

GAZ adjustable shocks and springs.

Billet Specialties ultralight Street Lite billet machined wheels with Kumho Ecsta tires. (phenomenal grip)

3M Scratch-proof Urethane film on rear fenders to protect from stone chips.

I love this car, but my current business makes the capital more valuable to me than the car. New, the car is $34,000 plus about $4,000 invested to bring it to street legal condition.

Asking $31,000.

Sorry, 280 HP. 2800 HP on 1500 lbs would send you to the moon - or maybe into that nice corporate building over there. LOL

Oh, great! And here I've been going around bragging to all my car buddies about how I know a guy who has a car like mine with a spine-splitting .5 lb/hp. Now my image is forever tarnished and I have to eat crow . . . thanks alot! :banghead::smilielol5::bs:

On a more serious note, good luck with the sale.
