SoftBitsforSevens?

Does anyone know if Soft Bits for Sevens has gone tango-uniform? I placed an order a week and a half ago and since the initial notice of receiving it, I have heard nothing. The phones are constantly busy and I get no response to my emails. I need a new tonneau and if they are gone, I will look elsewhere. They were so good though. I hope the business is still operating.Any word? Anybody?

Although they make good quality parts, every time (3x) I have ordered from them I experienced the same thing you are. I missed a Lotus Club weekend trip because the half hood I ordered was weeks late arriving.

 

They sent me an email saying it had been shipped. After about 10 days I sent them an email asking about it and they said it was going to ship early the next week! It was almost two weeks more before I got it.

I got the boot bag from Thundersport, and I felt the communication was great, and I received a fantastic product. I had some questions about the fit of the bag on a Birkin S3, and they took the time to make measurements and take photos on the shape and dimensions of the bag. All in, I'd recommend them again to anyone.

 

I also contacted Soft bits for Se7ens, and got great communication as well though. Nothing to complain about, I just chose a different route.

If you need Soft Bits for Sevens you need to call them directly. Their email response times are not good. Not idea when you consider the time difference/disadvantage we are dealing with.

a few of us here in Tx has has lsd make various covers etc and the quality is top notch and she is very pleasant to work with. the headlight covers were custom color matched to the car...the carbon vinyl products are great.

I have contacted Seven Speed and they seem to be willing to take on the task. I will keep you posted. I shall also look into l-s-d in UK and see what that looks like. Thanks for the info

I used Seven Speed for a boot cover. OK they got it wrong the first time and charged VAT but Carl is at least responsive. BTW, then I never used the boot cover so may put it for sale if anyone interested. Live Axle long cockpit. Fasteners not attached either so pristine condition.
