Barkston Heath (UK) Time Attack Sessions His Words: (stuck an 'e' on the end of barkston by accident) This is the first track outing ive had in my Fiesta, thanks to Paul for getting me along to the events and taking part. The event is run in classes, which are decided by your lap times in practice. over all i came third, beating a 1.8 MX5, 2 peugeot 205 GTI's and a metro. a little about the cars, firstly, my car is a Ford Fiesta 1.25L 16v zetec, it has a full straight through exhaust system and a pipercross air filter fron an astra GSI turbo. All the rear interior has been stripped out and the front seats replaced with bucket seats and 3 point harnesses. The 'Bailey 7' is a kit car based on the lotus 7 sports cars, it currently has a 2.0L redtop engine from a vauxhall and is running at just over 200bhp, it also has a limited slip diff for better traction and a hell of a lot more stuff.
