  7. SkinnyG Years ago when I had my 4AGE powerplant, I managed to pump 210hp by using TRD oversized piston 83mm (80 over), hi-compression 13:00 and TRD atlantic cam. I also got rid of the stupid weber in exchange of using the superbike 42mm x 4 keihin fcr flatslides carb. Nothing but good thing using the Japanese carb. Here check it out. http://mjmturbos.com/images/KEIHINSTERIOD.jpg
  8. I have a brand new 3.14 gear ratio (planet gear & pinion) brand new for Ford Sierra 7". I believed this gear is very rare and not available anywhere. Good for those with bike engine powerplant. They are brand new never been mounted and used. I can send pictures. I bought it for 400 english pounds. I will sell for 300 pounds.
  9. I'm glad you told me about the 100l per mil and the dry sump pump. If you guys running at 3" clearance, then I will do the same. The dry sump is way too expensive. Toda sell them for $10,000 !!! outrageous. Thanks again
  10. Thanks powder-----do you run into problem @ 3" clearance? thanks
  11. West----are you guys using a dry sump? If you are not, how much clearance do you have from the ground to the oil pan? If you are using a dry sump, where do I buy this? Thanks a million
  12. Westtexas-----> do I need to wire the clutch switch to start the Honda s2000 engine?
  13. Nice to see everyone having fun and with no engine problem. How many miles you guys have driven ? One reason I will switch from my Bec to a more reliable hONDA s2000. Been towed a few times with my Bec on variety of reasons. I'm going to use as much stock parts from Honda to get the durability. I invy those 7 that can be driven far away from home and back to family at 9pm. Anyone would like to comment on the reliability and durability issue on the 7 ? Which motor is more stable and reliable?
  14. pOWDERBRAKE - westtexass2k THANK YOU BOTH!! I appreciate your help...very much indeed! I droped the engine and still eyeballing the position and the fitness of the hood. Plenty of room side by side and in the front but a bit of tight in the shifter tunnel. Brian helped me out and modified my ECU (nice helpful guy). I think he gave me some tips on the wiring. I will be in touch! I have bunch of cuts and bruises installing the engine. Its like a feet size 9 fitting to a size 6 shoes.
  15. A few questions.... What type of engine mount do you use? Did you use the stock s2k mount? B. Anderson helped me rig the ecu to bypass the interlock system. Do you have any difficulty wiring the system? What is this modification do ? He mentioned in steering and gas tank (sensor) Are you running with or without catalytic? Does the engine throw some codes (fault codes)? I noticed you used different gauges, why not use the s2k stock digital ? As I go along (installing my engine) I might need help from you. Is this possible? Thank you
  16. Anyone using Honda S2000 engine? Just want to get some info.
  17. Yep! different! I have a straight thru reverse gear (Lenko) in between. Perhaps its tolerable if just the Busa gear but nothing in between.
  18. Another problem besides a very hyper engine is the clunky shifting. Don't like that "Clunk" sound.
  19. Thanks guys! So, friendship begins! I hope to contribute.....
