Go with the base tire and wheels, we had a supercharged 2012 with the handling package, big wheels and run flats. Very harsh ride and expensive tires, would not do that again

My Kent runs rough between 2000-3000 and then runs great. I've got Petronix dizzy and a single rebuilt 40DCOE Weber. New battery, plugs and wires. Tach is rock steady until about 2000, then goes crazy until 3000rpm. Any suggestions?
