Hello all! Just completed 1100 mile run in my 1995 Super sprint , 93 degrees heat and burning sun on the way to LOG and sheets of rain on the way back! One failure...a snap on the top! Perhaps someone out there has upgraded their shocks and would sell me the old ones, my right rear is dead, as it's a live axle and a road use car I'm not too picky! Cheers all! Number 6. Way cool! My longest road trip was to the LOG in Gettysburg in my '97 Super sprint. Maybe 7 years ago? And about 1100 miles also from Cincy, with detours and track days thrown in. As I recall, ambient temp of 93 degrees= about 120 in the driver'

s seat! I had few issues also. I had to tighten a bolt that had worked loose that caused a truly evil self-driving phenomenon. And I had an engine that would sputter occasionally and need an "Italian tune up" every so often. Also got lost, far from cell coverage at zero dark thirty in the wilds of KY (Am I driving in circles, will I run out of gas, is my brain cooked from so much noise/heat/stimulation???). What an adventure. And every stop a cluster of onlookers teeming with questions.

So can we assume that on average you had a comfortable trip? :D

I've done a few long distance trips in my Caterham in high heat and in rain and even snow, its all part of the adventure of owning a Se7en.

It was great to see the 7s at LOG. Wish there had been more.

As a side note Bill B. drove his 1965 from Rochester NY again.
