US/UK source for Zetec radiator hoses

Hi everyone,

 

Need to replace top radiator hose on my 2008 LHD Zetec/SVT Caterham. Caterham UK site doesn't seem to have the exact shape in either rubber or silicone. Wondered if anyone has suggestions for where to source this hose (or whole set if possible)?

Mine were rotted so i took the originals to the auto parts store, and they let me root around their racks until i found ones that matched.
