pksurveyor Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 I think Caterham uses Girling 14 for Triumph Spitfire. Take a look at the stamping on the caliper and compare it to the Girling catalog.
James A Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 Post a picture of them and let's see if someone can id them.
James A Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 Also if you look at Paul's (pksurveyor) pictures above the upper is the Cather 4 pots the lower is the Girling 2 pot.
pksurveyor Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 The logo G (Girling) is stamped on the caliper in my picture of the 2 pot brake.
Nick OTeen Posted July 31, 2018 Posted July 31, 2018 Also if you look at Paul's (pksurveyor) pictures above the upper is the Cather 4 pots the lower is the Girling 2 pot.Cather?
BeagleGuy78 Posted August 1, 2018 Author Posted August 1, 2018 These are my front calipers ... Didn't have time to remove wheels tonight ... Will research some more
pksurveyor Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 I think the rear brake uses Ford Sierra caliper
James A Posted August 1, 2018 Posted August 1, 2018 If appearance is an issue just buy caliper paint, the really good purpose made kits, and paint your calipers. When I rebuilt the Girling front brakes on the race car I painted them a matching color to the car:

BeagleGuy78 Posted August 1, 2018 Author Posted August 1, 2018 Your caliper looks like AP. Thank you for those pics ... It gives me a better idea where to start looking
