Side mirrors with no doors?

Hi everyone, I'm having trouble deciphering the products on Caterham's site. I'm looking for side mirrors when the windshield is on but the doors are off. I'd assume the posts where you attach the doors is an obvious place to have mirrors attached when not using doors. But I can't seem to find a definitive solution. Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking for an easy not on. Thanks in advance.

I solved this with a nice aluminum mirror made by a British company, made for motorcycles. They modified the mount very slightly for me, so that it mounts by replacing one of the M6 (I think) screws that holds the windscreen to the windscreen support. The mirror is a bit small, but fit the look of my car (polished aluminum, clamshells). Of course I can't remember the brand, but I'll try to dig it up.

I mounted a pair of aluminum motorcycle mirrors after carefully deciding where the holes should be in the hood. With only large fender washers inside and chrome smaller fender washers outside, there was too much vibration. Got a roll of that fiberglass epoxy impregnated tape and put it in a patch around the hole, then set it hard with a mirror to reflect UV light. Following that, the inside fender washers and I have a rather steady pair of mirrors.

This was my solution. Pretty easy, I used a nice sturdy piece of aluminum angle stock and a cheap ebay motorcyle mirror. works with the windscreen and the brooklands. Uses the same mounting holes for either.

I ended up making a set of brackets myself because I didn't want to have to drill any holes in anything. I ended up with this:

and here with the mirror:

the worst part was sourcing the longer 2BA screws to attach the bracket to the stanchion/windscreen. i'm very happy with the setup, very good visibility and it looks good if i do say so myself.

edit: sorry about the giant pictures, not sure what happened there...

OK, I dug up the mirrors I used. they are from a UK motorcycle aftermarket vendor called Oberon

I wanted mirrors that did not require any additional holes. Oberon modified their mount so it just uses a single screw (instead of fitting a bike bar end), which replaced the middle screw in the windshield support. I'v got a couple of pictures, but having trouble figuring out how to post them.

Cheers, -David
