That nudge bar looks an interesting solution for those few states that requires bumpers in order to get registration.

But a starting bid of $30k seems like he wants a pretty high sale price.....

Here's a guess from another Canadian L7IS car...

he's likely saying "inspired by" to avoid getting grief from the Fed's over having a "Kit car". Ridiculously contradictory / inconsistent rules up here. Easiest thing to do is convince them you buiilt it from scratch nudge nudge wink wink.

I'm guessing there's a lot of standard parts from someones k** in it.

Price isn't out of line for up here. What buyer is paying extra for is not having to go through all the grief himself, cash-and-go.

For same reason, my 7 wouldn't fetch 25k down there, but I turned down 35k up here last fall.

Is it the initial registration in Canada that is most difficult - once you are through that then it is an easy renewal process?

I guess it is not as easy as buying a cheap US car and sending it over the border to some poor LSIS deprived soul....and I thought NJ was bad.

Once the car is registered renewing is as easy as sending a cheque in the mail each year.

No fuss, no muss. I bought my seven already plated, saves me months of headache to have it inspected and assigned a VIN.

Wonder if that car is based from the Deman Motorsport "kit".
