West7se
Saw your ad the other week, I would love one but having measuered the Westies nose, it wont fit - only got 155mm to play with and I dont really want to modify the nose. Do you have any that may fit? Rich EDIT TO ADD if you cut the outside rim off, what size is the `7`part ?.
KiwiBirkin
West7se I could shrink and resize my Autocad file down to suit and see what price a one off would cost, just tell me the maximum height you could get away with as the width would need to be moved to make it look right. and ill get back to you. The 7 is 135mm overall height.
West7se
Hi thanks for getting back to me, just measured it again with calipers this time, its actually 156mm, so I think if it was at 150 this would give me a bit of clearance http://img40.imageshack.us/img40/6751/pic0033v.jpg I just painted this one on. KiwiBirkin
Ok thats great thanks Rich Hey Rich there would be no change in price from the US $$ price & postage which was US $10 so were talking about £45 inc postage from New Zealand The overall height would be 150mm and the width was brought down to size in proportion to height, I wont be putting any through the laser cutter this week but possible will next week, I have 2 left too sell from the last batch but next week im cutting some full caterham style grills for a local seven builder with his own logo and can run it in with them. powderbrake
This is a great item. I ordered one from Stephen, paid via Pay Pal, and received it in 7 days. It came via airmail, and was received in excellent condition. Stephen responed immediately to emails, and shipped immediately upon receipt of the Pay Pal funds. For the metrically challenged, it is 7 3/4 wide by 7 5/16 tall, and is just a hair under 1/8 thick. I will post pics when I get it painted and mounted (which may be a winter project) Stephen: thanks again for the speedy service

powderbrake
I got my bage last August, but finally got it installed today. I welded some #8 screws to the rear of the badge, then seeing that I had actually welded them to the front, I ground them off, and welded them to the actual rear of the badge. I had some leftover paint from the original build, so I broke out the spray gun...... and then ran to the auto store to get some thinner....... and painted it. The grill is actually a grill for a flourescent light fixture, and is made of plastic. I got some fender washers, painted them black, and attached the badge with #8 elastic stop nuts. I changed the oil and filter ( from last year) washed the car, and I am ready for my first blat. Here's some pics.

KiwiBirkin
Hey Russ I can get a one off done in smaller dimensions but it would cost more if your interested post the size (height) and ill scale it up and get a price for you. BTW Jerry it looks great on your grill and a good way to attach it. If anyone is interested in one I have 2 left over from the last run takes about 4-5 days to get to the USA from NZ after payment via Paypal. Size is 195mm wide x 185mm deep US $65 + postage Edited April 14, 2010 by KiwiBirkin
