Mondo
Took my daughter's boyfriend out Sunday and he brought his camcorder. He was so excited he couldn't wait to post something on Youtube. So I gave him some pics/info to go along with the ride. He was dissappointed because some of the best twisties weren't on the tape... he hit "pause" instead of "record". The bad thing was he spent a lot of time mixing music and the sound of the exhaust and when we put it on Youtube they muted the sound due to copyright. I put one of their generic songs on there (but it sure lacks without that beautiful exhaust sound). It was recorded with HighDef so looks pretty good but you'll need a pretty high speed connection for it not to be jerky if you choose to hit the HD button. MHKflyer52
All most had road Rabbit stew their............hard not to cross those double yellow lines...........we all do it from time to time.....very clear and stable for being hand held....what is that roads Route number as it looks like a fine road for a 7. So have you been getting any ash from the station fire in Bakersfield?
7evin
That HighDef makes all the difference in the world. I would love to hear the exhaust note in the background.... We must go and drive that rode the next time I'm out there... Looks rockin. Great video Cheers 7evin
Mondo
Some of the guys down south (L.A. area) have been up here (this is from Bakersfield to Glennville thru Woody) but I have to admit to having an awesome 100 mile loop that is very enjoyable, little traffic (though you do have to be on the lookout for an occassional horse/cattle trailers taking up the narrow road) and seldom a cop. There's not a lot of places to turn around so they don't even bother unless your a complete idiot. A lot of what's in the video is road that you can see a few corners ahead as you travel it so you know if a car is coming... hence a lot of the yellow line crossing:) Plenty of other roads as well as I'm kind of surrounded on 3 sides with mountains. Not to mention Buttonwillow & Willowsprings Raceways close by (now I'm just rubbing it in..). Only downside, no A/C, as it's hot as hell in the summer (plus a little smoggy at times). No ash here yet Edited September 2, 2009 by Mondo
