Interesting Slide Show of Vintage Ford Dealerships

Most look to be from the 50s and 60s. Lots of "new" vintage Fords and Mercurys and some GM stuff too.

Several of the dealership buildings would make great collector car storage facilities/clubs/man caves. A local car collector was trying to acquire an old unmolsted gas station for his collection. Unfortunately for him it became a community poliece station/museum.

I agree with Dean. Quite a few of the dealerships did look like old gas stations.

I'm not a "Ford" guy, but I admire the company for keeping the script FORD in the oval as it's logo. It maintains the continuity back to Henry Ford, and reinforces the brand at each viewing.

The logo is the same on the new dealerships.
