I was hoping this was going to settle the bit about having enough down force to enable a car to drive upside down on the top of the tunnel, not just do a barrel roll.

Did you catch the link to when Top Gear tried it in a sewer tunnel? It was just under the above video. http://www.flixxy.com/renault-twingo-city-car-test-drive.htm

Clarkson did it at 37 mph without a ramp in an Renault Twingo. Car came off the tunnel after about 270 degrees of rotation but still landed on its wheels without a crash.

Something looks fake about. I could be wrong. Is Schumacher a stunt driver and it implies he did this. Doubt he would be allowed.

If you watch the video closely they did it in the curve of the tunnel to help keep the car on the wall.

Hard part would be building the ramps for the transitions to and from the walls but very do able from an engineering aspect.

Its a fake video. The original one they did showed a random test driver prepping the car and getting in. After the Schumacher F1 deal was announced they made this new version which dropped the start and instead spliced Schumi in at the end.

I'm still not convinced it was actually done by any driver. It shows it all in sections of the loop and not one consistent view. I suppose it makes more dramatic viewing that way but it looks to me that it was pieced together with some very good editing and some digital faking. Again, I could be wrong.
