That is just remarkable that the Admiral did not start to laugh or just come out and ask him if he is that stuppid to think the island of Guam would capsize with twenty thousand more people went to the island. I bet the Gumainians are just laughing their heads off over that. I also wounder why the news media did not pick that up and let the American public know just how stuppid this representitive of the US Government is but wait they the public would most likely think that it is true because a government official was concerned about the island tipping over.
