chaithsc
So I bought a caterham r300 kit with the intention to do build. But with no time at hand and more responsibilities, I am unable to spend time on the build. I was wondering if there is anyone in the bay area (nor cal) who assembles caterhams. scannon
I can't help you with the bay area but if you want to ship it to Colorado I will assemble it for you. If it happens to still be at Caterham USA I could pick it up.
MoPho
I don't know if he is still doing it, and I have no experience or association with him, but you can try Rich Kamp at Kampena Motors in Sonoma http://www.eskimo.com/~rkamp/index.html . Ian7
Give Mark Milazzo up at Sears Point a call (he runs World Speed Motorsports). If he hasn't got time, he'll know someone who can help you. Cheers, Ian Macpherson.
LongTimeLurker
There is a guy named William Sours who used to have the Caterham dealership for California. He had a falling out with the company and is no longer listed, but I have seen and driven a few of his cars in years past. He may be willing to do a build. The Blue SV currently for sale was built by him. He lives in Ventura, but I no longer have contact info and his website is down (autocourseinc.com). Jim F.
Rich Kamp of Kampena Motors/Golden Gate Sevens at Sears Point (Infineon) built my Zetec Roadsport in 6/03 and even though he isn't an official Cat dealer anymore, IIRC Ben in Denver told me he would assemble a car, as I had been trying to get a hold of Rich with no luck, prompting my call to Ben requesting info about him......it's been at least a year since I last tried to connect with him. Try (415)341-3822 and/or http://www.kampena.com
