In case anyone is interested, there is also a very good street-style car show for old english stuff on Oak Bay Avenue (Victoria, BC) on Sunday. There are usually several old Lotuses (Loti?) there.

As luck would have it, I have company for the weekend, but I may try to catch the group with my Fejer 7 at some point.

Thanks Chris for organizing. Forced me to get off my a$$ and drag my car out of the garage and blow the dust off. After a couple years, forgot how fun it is :)

Too much awesomeness racing around the back roads of Southern Vancouver Island with a bunch of like-minded enthusiasts. Your son Nick has some great video and pictures to post.

And Also thanks for having us over to your place for dinner after, Sandy and I had a great time

Stewart,

Funny thing -- when your message first appeared on my computer, there were no photos attached. Now there are....

Looks like a great trip. How were the roads in thew Vancouver area?

Tom,

You were correct; I attached bmp's which did not show up so I replaced them with jpg's LOL!!!

Roads where good, nice and twisty, not much traffic and only a little bumpy in spots.

Hopefully others will post some pictures as I only took a few.

bumpy yes! At one point with young Nick chasing me at fairly high speed, I hit a dip and bottomed out hard coming out of it. Nick said later, he had to slam on the binders after seeing my car sailing with 8" of air under the tires!!!
