Interesting that he says all Loti in the relatively near future will be hybrids.

He's an optimistic guy to pin Lotus's growth in the $100K market.

I started to watch, but I'm such a non-fan of Bahar that I couldn't get through the interview.

 

Believe he's totally burned his bridges in F1, and is not a popular person in the pits. I'm still betting on Tony Fernandez buying Lotus for pennies on the dollar after Bahar runs it into the ground.

I really don't understand the logic behind such aggressive expansion of their lineup. Hope they pull it off, but it seems to me odds are stacked against them. They're going from two low volume specialty cars that share one chassis to a handful of models that will all be low volume.

 

What's their plan for a distribution network? Will their product be so much better than the proven competition? Those are big challenges to overcome, even if their products perform as planned right out of the gate.
