VDO temp sending unit?

Well, have the Birkin sorted out (as much as I can with my new lower back issues), runs well, suspension aligned, motor running fantastic. Only issue I have is the temp gauge does not appear to work. I've cleaned the connections (plastic safe contact cleaner and an acid brush), but no reading. Any idea what the part number is for the temp sending unit?

If you don't see it, call a VDO suppilier wth the type gauges you have and get them to match the sensor with your gauge. Try these guys:
