I have one in my shop, it's really bad, possibly because the sump went dry...

When my Duratec's sump went dry it was bad in the traditional sense (Really bad in the really traditional sense)! Twice. The Raceline oil pan Birkin uses is not adequate for track use, even w/mods that Texas Motor Works and Dick Brink recommend. Or at least on the tracks that I drive(:.

Ford in Daytona is selling a brand new 2.0 on ebay for knockout money. Buy it complete sell the head swap it for a 2.3 head, buy the bits and you'll have a brand new motor for great money.... Chama, pistons, dry sump and an intake will give you a great motor.
