Yeah, it'll be fiddly if I do have to mess with the linkage. Access from underneath may be ok, though. Haven't check the airflows, yet. Currently, I'm mainly trying to get it to idle when cold. It runs fine once it's warmed up...
Thank you so much, Bruce!
I have TWMs and the second pic is spot on! (except my trumpets are longer). I found the little bugger w/o any problems, now. I'll have to crawl under the car this weekend to see if I can pick up the voltages. Between the filter backing plate and the big bundle of wires that runs under the intake, I can't really get to it from the side...
Thanks again!
I have a 2003 S3 with the Caterham USA "Supersport" Zetec (ITB) and I'd like to check/play with the TPS calibration to see if I can make it idle by itself when cold...
I had a look yesterday and didn't see any obvious candidates for the TPS. Anybody know where to look?
Thanks a bunch in advance!
Hi,
does anybody have a heater core for a "fresh-air" heater laying around that they'd like to get rid of (i.e. sell)? Mine leaks (had to bypass it last week)...
My wife does like the heater, so ripping it out isn't really an option.
To clarify: The heater is the one that sucks air through the bonnet and has the black plastic "embossed 7" case.
Thanks a lot in advance.
Best,
JJ
My friends swore by CR500s on 6" front and 8" rear 13" anthracite wheels. I ordered them, put them on, went for a drive and couldn't stop smiling. First track day with them on Saturday but apparently they almost stick like slicks...
Awesome car!
While I'm looking for one (for weekends and track days, DD is an Elise SC), this might be a bit too track-oriented... I'm sure I could find a good home for the sequential if it turns out to be too loud, though... Tempting...
Do you happen to also still have the caterham seats? My butt doesn't like Tillets a whole lot...
