  1. I also think that vid featured the 1500cc busa engine. The stats that they showed on their site (previously) showed 0 - 60 on 3.48 secs.
  2. Duz you gots a pixstur?
  3. The problem with owning a BEC is (and you already know this) is that we (BEC Owners)are just plain away ahead of the curve. Let's face it in North America most people just don't get anything that doesn't have a piece of Detroit Iron up front, even less have even heard of a 7 and even less yet can wrap their collective noodles around the idea of a light car powered by a light yet powerful Bike engine (with a lightning quick shift). Maybe they will get it when we blow their doors off!BusaLoco2007-02-09 20:33:29
  4. Wing.
  5. Yup, that's right I now want paddles> I've seen lot's of Kool designs for shifters over the pond and I want em. Has anybody had any experience? Would you prefer a direct link or cables?
  6. I really love my Busa powered Deman SR7 but I will admit that the (flat out) LOUD muffler is ear splitting and not exactly neighbor friendly. Has anybody got any good ideas for a friendlier (non track) can?
  7. OK This means war.
  8. Kool aren't they! ... Now you CEC guys are beginning to get it! Super7cars will only sell it as a finished car. I tried to buy one from them as a kit but they said no. ... But they said they would be willing to sell it to me for full price and then assemble it myself! ... That's why I have the Deman (Busa) SR7.

  16. Hey Slomove, Your se7en looks very fine (in the pics) especially going fast and I love your "riddler" grill. Is it just me (or an optical illusion) but how much does your pan protrude below the space frame? My Busa has a Koenig swivel pickup pan (to reduce exposure to road rash and still it sticks out about 1 1/2 inches below my space frame.
  17. Hi Locost5.0, my name is John and I'm a Sevenoholic! http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/ack2.gifhttp://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/biggrin5.gifhttp://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/ack2.gif
  18. So I have taken the opportunity thoroughly read all the enlightened missives of all the postings on this forum topic and mind you I'm no math wiz but I have tallied all of the sums of the ages of the 7 owners and further have divided the sum against the number of respondents and I can now say with no equivocation nor shadow of a doubt, that the average age of the "7 addict" is 9 ... (mentally speaking). Cheers! 20. The Animations are right up there with "Classic" Godzilla's. Personally, I always liked watching the original Godzillas to time myself on how long it takes to spot the costume "Zipper".
  21. Hey rv-4mike! Haven't you seen the cost of one of these babies. I emailed Powertech for a quote and to my surprise they actually emailed me back. Did you know that you can get one of these (2.6L) 430BHP Screaming Strokers (Engine Only) for just $44,868.68 (US) and for an additional $5,916.75 US they will even throw in a 30 hour warranty! http://www.usa7s.com/forum/uploads/20070103_195901_Busa_V8_Quote_P.jpg http://www.usa7s.com/forum/uploads/20070103_195933_Busa_V8.jpg
  22. I'm curious to find out more about the Westfield electric thing. I know about their (and Caterham,'s) chain reverser (and all their problems), but I haven't seen anything on the web about the electric half haft thing. That idea would really suit my car because I have a fully independent rear suspension. Do you happen to know where I could find out more about Westfield's electric reverser. I haven't found it on their site. Thanks and Cheers! BusaLoco
