  1. Thanks for the ID info! Eric
  2. I was sorting through some of the spare parts I got with my 1989 Caterham and found two of these. I have no idea where they were installed or what they are for. Made of steel and with excellent welds and paint. Any ideas? Thanks, Eric
  3. I will take them-thank you very much! Will PM you details. Eric
  4. CarlB thanks for posting photos of your skid plate as I have been thinking about adding one to my car. How much ground clearance do you have with it in place?
  5. You should bring your Tiger to the Charleston British car show on October 19th-they are featuring the Sunbeam Tiger and all Sunbeams with special things planned. Nearly 20 Sunbeams signed up so far. https://www.britishcarclubcharleston.com/BritishCarDay2024/BCD2024.html Of course all Sevens are welcome too!
  6. Thanks for posting those photos! Gives me something to think about.
  7. The alternator thread got me thinking...... Did all of the Caterham cars with alternators have a metal heat shield over the top of them? I have seen photos of those in place. Mine is missing if anyone has one for sale in the USA. Thanks, Eric
  8. Where did you get that figure of 40% from? First time I ever heard of that.
  9. Can you tell me how long your original air horns are vs the new ones from Pegasus? And when you get them what filters do you plan on using? Thanks!
  10. Thanks to both of your for your help! I will get a set of those McGard lug nuts and put those wheels on my car.
  11. I bought a set of these 15 inch prisoner wheels a few years ago and am now finally getting around to using them. I did not get any lug nuts with them but did get the rare removeable covers though! Looking at my other alloy wheels some use a steel insert that is installed in the wheel lug nut area to use normal lug nuts and the others that use sleeved lug nuts are just plain alloy with no steel inserts in that area. These prisoner wheels have the tapered area at the base of the lug nut hole as if to fit normal lug nuts but there is no steel insert. Can anyone with these wheels help ID what lug nuts to use for these prisoner wheels? I have had no luck searching on the forum. Photo is not of my car but to show what the prisoner wheel looks like. Thank you! Eric
  12. If those LEDs are really bright, great idea!
  13. Welcome Ryan! Hope the heater worked well on your ride home. Here is a photo of your car at the Charleston British car show a few years ago. It was a nice warm day then! Eric
