  15. Ha... We used to send the student employees to the far end of the shop to ask the techs for a "Large Can of A-I-R". and when I worked in resturants, the new guy would spent hours looking for the "bacon stretcher"...
  16. I originally didn't want a car with a Lotus emblem on the nose, because I was just waiting for so ass to try to call me out, that it not a really lotus... I'm alway suprised by the amount for people that yell "nice seven" at me, didn't think that many had any idea what it was. I figure I can call it a Lotus Super Seven, because most people with a cobra replica, would just call it a Shelby Cobra.
  17. Name: Chad Loctation: Owen Sound, Ontario. Car: 1985 Fejer 7 Info: Toyota 2T twin side draft mikunis. 5spd. header, GSXR750 muffler. I got it in March(found it after lots of looking) removed 95% of the wiring to fix /correct all gauges and replace all switches, thined out some stuff not needed in the wire harness(ie. horrible fog light someone had added). new alum. dash, added LED plate lights, repaire and paint Rad, and newer alternater. Future plans are rims and tires, some body work and new paint. Right now just putting as many Km on it as possible!
  18. Congratulation!! Nice to see it stay in Ontario!! Any questions you have about the Fejer, i'll try to help. my fejers been good so far...
  19. I don't think it's the same car... The car for sale looks to have been originally painted racing green.
  20. 1. His header must be a little different then mine...they are close, but not that close. I did built and alum. heat sheild that covers the top of everything brake related.., for piece of mind. 2. Every one i've seen has that flex shaft?? You would think that the car would get loose on you going over bumps...but it dosen't??.. Again, I still have good space, and could easily install a U joint with lots of clearance from the header.
  21. Email sent!

  23. Thanks, thats great!
  24. Does anyone have this book and a scanner, so they could email it to me???
  25. I purchased a Fejer 7 in mid March, found on an Canadian classified site. I had the hardest time finding info on them. I've only seen pics of maybe 6 or 8 fejers and have saved all of them. I emailed the owner of this car but he also had little info. You can also try searching "Fefers Bros." Here are some links to some for their racing history. http://www.britishracecar.com/MikeKnittel-Chinook-Mk12.htm http://www.f5000registry.com/chinook.html DavidL, I would love to get any info you think you may have from your visit to the shop. My car is solid for being build in the mid 80's. My first drive was the 2hrs. home from the seller house (with a borrowed dealer plate) And drove great, and is in the process fo getting some...Updates. I would be happy to send you any pics/info I have, let me know.
