    Hi fbracer, I've emailed with you about your car (I'm Chad from Ontario). My Fejer has a Twin side draft carb'd 2T engine, 3tcgarage.com is great for all kind of old toyota engine info/know how. There can find links to service manuals, and part numbers. Unless your looking to get caught up in an arms race for more power which will be costly and time consuming, use the current motor, get out and have some fun. P.S. If I had the money and time I would have more power though....

    I was talking about this (all carbon 7) with a buddy, and was wondering? Has anyone ever seen carbon fiber clamshells? I think a all carbon car but with clamshells would be an interesting juxtaposition.

    My bestfreinds Dad was friends with Gary. He hand fabricated/built all aluminium bodies for his sevens.... They alway talked about that guy, and his work. I guess he is a wizard with metal. He builds airplane exhausts now. My friend remembers being at his shop in Cambridge when he was 4-5yrs old and sitting in a europa.

    Oyagis' fejer did have watanabe rims, but I seem to remember that he had bought them for track use... His fejer came with konig rims (I remember they looked good) and an old set of spare alloy, datsun/toyota rims I think??? I do love watanabe rims! The "purchase agreement" list of parts I got emailed to me list the fejer rims as"5 spoked wheels-minilite mag style" but I have pics of 5-6 different fejer cars with different Cheviot brand rims, Cheviot is from australia???

    My Fejer has the same "Cheviot" brand rims as that car, and are staggered, and had the front size as the spare. (spare now removed). Every Fejer I've seen has a side exit exhaust.

    Stephen where are you from? I'll admit that I made that guy a stupid low offer on that frame, thinking I could just refurbish things like the front suspenion,..etc, and swap them on to my car completed. My fejer is a 2T twin side draft. Parts are cheap enought. Theres was just a nice 2T for sale on Kijiji for $650... check out www.3tcgarage.com forum. for a ton of oldschool Toyota engine knowledge. you too ihckb2..lot of 2TG info there.... Enjoy your build.

    I agree with "fastg"...I have (Like Locost7018) a stock bike muffler, but from the GSXR750.... I don't know the db's...But there no way I'm louder then any Harley Davidson, or musle cars. And my exhaust is what...3 feet away from my head???
